Lead supplier identification, evaluation, qualification, selection, and ongoing management, balancing technical capability, cost, quality, capacity, geographic footprint, technology roadmaps, and supply continuity while driving supplier performance through structured business reviews and corrective actions.
Lead commercial negotiations and cost strategy across assigned commodities, including pricing, cost models, competitive benchmarking, development agreements, capacity commitments, and long-term supply arrangements, identifying opportunities to improve cost without compromising quality, performance, reliability, or member experience.

Develop a deep understanding of electrical component markets, supplier capabilities, technology roadmaps, cost structures, lead times, and capacity trends, translating market intelligence and data into actionable recommendations and measurable business outcomes in partnership with Engineering, Materials, Quality, Operations, Finance, and manufacturing partners.
