Drive commercial readiness for new and existing products, including RFQs, supplier proposals, capacity and capital plans, contractual commitments, and manufacturing-partner sourcing or allocation decisions.
Establish strong supplier governance and executive relationships, using business reviews, performance metrics, and corrective-action plans to drive accountability across cost, quality, delivery, capacity, productivity, inventory, and commercial execution.
Lead resolution of complex supplier and commercial issues while identifying longer-term opportunities to strengthen manufacturing strategy, supplier economics, operating mechanisms, and supply-chain resilience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong understanding of contract manufacturing economics, including manufacturing value-add, labor and overhead, yield and utilization, supplier margin, NRE, tooling, capital equipment, material markups, inventory liability, and payment terms.
Proven experience leading complex commercial negotiations, developing or challenging detailed cost models, and translating technical and operational requirements into effective financial and contractual structures.
Ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders, exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and independently drive complex commercial issues to resolution in a fast-paced, global environment.
Ability to travel internationally approximately 25% of the time to support negotiations, business reviews, manufacturing readiness, supplier relationships, and critical program milestones.
