Supports vendor relationships by coordinating service scheduling, handling customer and vendor inquiries, sourcing providers, resolving disputes, maintaining accurate database records, and ensuring contract and service-level compliance. The role also provides client education, market feedback, process improvement recommendations, and issue resolution while working with company systems and communicating across teams.

Manages regional client and vendor relationships while supporting profitable business results through KPI tracking, vendor performance analysis, strategic sourcing, negotiations, and cost optimization. Conducts client needs assessments, aligns vendors geographically, supports quality control checks, assists estimation and project teams, resolves issues, and collaborates cross-functionally. Travel is expected up to 40% of the time.

Sources, qualifies, negotiates with, contracts, onboards, and manages vendors across assigned markets and service lines. The role monitors vendor performance, ensures insurance and compliance requirements, analyzes capacity and location alignment, resolves escalated client issues, and recommends improvements or vendor termination. It also supports account onboarding, vendor relationships, meetings, projects, and occasional travel to assess vendor opportunities.
