Leads global assembly and test supply assurance across semiconductor manufacturing sites. Develops supply strategies, manages inventory and operational metrics, addresses supplier capacity challenges, and drives procurement productivity and AI initiatives. Coaches Supply Managers and Procurement Operations Managers, collaborates with suppliers and senior stakeholders, and delivers strategic solutions supporting cost, fulfillment, and manufacturing objectives.

Analyzes customer demand, backlog, supply availability, forecasts, and revenue priorities to identify risks and planning opportunities. Partners with Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Management, Business Units, and Operations to align assumptions, resolve supply-demand issues, evaluate constraints, recommend allocation and execution actions, and improve planning workflows. Uses RapidResponse, Snowflake, Power BI, Excel, and AI-supported tools for scenario analysis, reporting, and decision support.

Manages material planning, inventory replenishment, supplier commitments, delivery execution, and shortage resolution to support manufacturing continuity. Monitors forecasts, lead times, inventory health, and supply risks while partnering with Procurement, Planning, Engineering, Warehousing, Operations, and suppliers. Supports process improvement, reporting, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve supply visibility, reduce waste, and strengthen decision-making.

Analyzes customer demand, backlog, supply availability, constraints, and revenue priorities to support sales planning, constrained consensus, customer support planning, and execution decisions. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Units, and Operations to resolve planning issues, recommend allocation and supply actions, monitor performance, improve data quality, and automate Revenue Operations workflows using enterprise planning, reporting, and analytics tools.

Analyzes demand, backlog, forecasts, supply availability, and customer-support signals to identify risks and opportunities. Partners with Sales, Revenue Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to align plans, assess constraints, resolve planning exceptions, and protect customer commitments. Develops reporting, scenario analysis, and decision support using planning, analytics, and business intelligence tools.

Lead and develop a global Procure-to-Pay operations team to deliver efficient, compliant P2P support. Own service delivery, governance, audit readiness, KPI reporting, continuous improvement, automation/AI enablement, and stakeholder management.
