The Role
Manages material planning, inventory replenishment, supplier commitments, delivery execution, and shortage resolution to support manufacturing continuity. Key Responsibilities
Material Management and Supply Planning
  • Develop, monitor, and optimize inventory replenishment models and supply execution strategies to support manufacturing requirements while minimizing excess, waste, and obsolescence.
  • Support forecast management, material requirements planning, buffer stock review, lead time maintenance, and inventory health monitoring.
  • Publish material forecasts, manage supplier commitments, monitor forecast accuracy, and work with suppliers and business partners to address demand, volume, timing, and supply concerns.
  • Manage inventory scheduling, delivery execution, and order adjustments with suppliers based on changes in demand, production schedules, or material availability.
  • Expedite and escalate delivery risks or supply constraints as needed to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Identify, address, and resolve material shortage issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.
  • Support material obsolescence management and inventory optimization activities.

Stakeholder Engagement and Business Partnering
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to monitor key process indicators, align on metrics, identify performance gaps, and drive root cause and corrective actions.
  • Provide input to leadership in developing and executing department strategies, business processes, and policies through active participation in projects and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with direct and cross-functional teams to implement global direction for supply fulfillment, inventory management, and procurement execution.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Planning, Engineering, Warehouse, Operations, and suppliers to ensure timely resolution of material and supply-related issues.
  • Enable and support automation of procurement processes, reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics.
  • Drive a customer-centric approach in issue resolution and represent Procurement professionally in cross-functional discussions.

Continuous Improvement and Digital Enablement
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply management processes, reduce manual work, and enhance data accuracy and visibility.
  • Support the use of digital tools, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve decision-making, risk identification, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of inventory management, supply tracking, and supplier follow-up processes.
  • Use data-driven insights to support proactive supply risk mitigation and business continuity.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field of study.
  • 0-1 year of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, material planning, inventory management, manufacturing operations, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with data visualization, reporting, or analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and apply Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, and AI-enabled tools to improve ISM productivity, automate routine follow-ups, and support data-driven supply risk management.
  • Strong communication and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and advocate effectively across teams and functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver results in a global business environment.
