Revenue Operations plays a meaningful role in connecting customer demand, product availability, and revenue priorities across the business. Our team partners closely with Sales, Operational Units, Logistics, Demand Coordination, Finance, and Operations to support data-driven decisions that improve planning accuracy, protect customer commitments, and drive business performance. As a Supply Demand Analyst (SDA), you will help balance customer demand with available supply while supporting key planning processes such as Sales Lock, Sales Plan, Sales Flash, constrained consensus, and planning for customer assistance. In this role, you will apply data, analytics, and cross-functional partnerships to identify potential risks. You will assess scenarios and suggest actions to enable successful execution and revenue attainment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze demand, backlog, forecasts, supply availability, and customer support signals to identify risks and opportunities
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Business Units, Supply Chain, Demand Management, and Operations teams to align demand and supply plans
- Support constrained consensus and customer support planning by assessing feasibility, allocations, supply constraints, and demand changes
- Resolve planning exceptions, data gaps, and supply-demand disconnects that may impact customer commitments or revenue performance
- Develop reporting, scenario analysis, and decision support using RapidResponse, Snowflake, Power BI, Excel, and related tools
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, sales operations, revenue operations, finance, or a related analytical function
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency with Excel and business intelligence, planning, or reporting tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with RapidResponse, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar enterprise planning and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or supply chain planning environments
- Experience supporting planning processes involving demand forecasting, supply allocation, and execution readiness
- Passion for leveraging and improving AI-supported workflows
- Experience using AI-assisted analysis and decision-support tools to improve business outcomes
