Leads the second-shift freight coverage team by coaching representatives, managing performance, supporting hiring, scheduling coverage, and driving daily productivity. Coordinates load postings, carrier negotiations, rate approvals, contracted freight, payment documentation, and weekend operations. Partners with Carrier Capacity, Business Development, Accounting, and customer teams to resolve issues, monitor metrics, improve processes, and ensure freight moves on schedule. The role includes supervisory responsibility, special projects, reporting, and ongoing sales and operations training.

Manage Mexico cross-border customer accounts: coordinate pickups/deliveries, carrier communication, accessorials, awarded lanes, committed capacity, transloads, and KPI-driven performance to maximize profitability and continuous improvement; understand FDA and SAGARPA processes as required.

Manage daily operations for Mexico client accounts: build loads, schedule appointments, track shipments, update customers and carriers, handle border documentation, and ensure compliance with CCP regulations while identifying performance improvements.

Manage Mexico cross-border customer accounts: book appointments, communicate with carriers and customers, handle accessorials, monitor awards and KPIs, secure committed capacity, manage transloads, and identify operational improvements to increase profitability and service quality.

Manage daily Mexico account operations including load building, scheduling, tracking, documentation for US/Mexico border crossings, transloading, EDI tender acceptance, customer and carrier communication, and profitability analysis using market and ARRIVEnow tools.

Lead and develop the operational risk team to prevent carrier fraud and cargo theft. Design and refine risk mitigation processes, manage ticket KPIs, liaise with Sales, oversee HVHR program, coordinate stolen freight recovery with law enforcement, and partner cross-functionally to integrate risk controls across the business.

Lead and scale Arrive Fresh carrier capacity for perishable produce and floral logistics. Build and coach carrier procurement teams, implement SOPs, ensure food-safety compliance (FSMA, STF, PACA), manage bids and contracts, partner with Tech to improve TMS capabilities, and optimize carrier KPIs like lane pricing, tender acceptance, and retention.

Lead and grow an operational risk team to prevent carrier fraud, cargo theft, and operational risk. Design and improve mitigation processes, manage ticket KPIs, liaise with sales to teach risk protocols, execute stolen freight recovery with law enforcement, and oversee high-value/high-risk carrier vetting and compliance.

Vet and approve motor carriers for high-risk and ID-theft loads, resolve load-level tickets, maintain TMS data integrity, monitor alerts, escalate findings, and support compliance and carrier performance communication.

Own day-to-day drayage operations: quoting, appointment confirmation, vessel/rail and inbound container tracking, carrier selection and onboarding, terminal and empty-container management, demurrage/per diem control, document collection, supplier performance reporting, and partnering with Business Development to support growth and customer satisfaction.
