The Site Planning Specialist is responsible for designing logistics hub layouts, optimizing workflows, implementing 6S standards, coordinating projects, and providing reports on site efficiency.

Detect, triage, and escalate incidents, coordinate cross-team response, restore services, maintain observability, automate routine tasks, and contribute to post-incident reviews and continuous improvement within a VA mission environment.

Lead and scale end-to-end operations for a global talent platform, covering sourcing and matching, contractor lifecycle management, payments and compliance, and support operations. Partner with Product, Data, Legal, and Finance to build automated, metrics-driven workflows and systems that improve onboarding, allocation, payment accuracy, and issue resolution at scale.
