Drive enterprise revenue growth through new business development, strategic account planning, executive relationship management, complex RFPs, proposals, contract negotiations, and lengthy sales cycles. Manage day-to-day operations of securitizations and funding facilities, including portfolio reporting, diagnostics, data cleansing, cash flow modeling, funding protocol execution, and forecasting. Support the design and execution of securitization, warehouse, and corporate funding facilities. Partner with Finance, Legal, and Capital Markets teams while providing portfolio insights and contributing to interest rate risk management and scalable modeling practices.

Conduct proactive security reviews of features, architectures, integrations, and AI/ML systems. Lead threat modeling, design reviews, secure SDLC practices, vulnerability remediation, AI security governance, incident response exercises, and security automation. Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs, collaborate with consultants on penetration testing and vendor assessments, and influence engineering teams on security without owning their roadmaps.

Provide frontline technical support for clinicians using Ambience's AI documentation platform via Intercom, email, and PagerDuty. Diagnose and resolve complex EHR integration and user configuration issues, create and maintain Notion/Intercom knowledge resources, escalate trends to Product/Engineering/CS teams, and contribute to CSAT/FCR reporting and on-call rotations.

Design email campaigns, pop-ups, GIFs and animations for e-commerce brands; build and maintain email design systems; meet deadlines; provide design direction and support to the team to improve workflows and output.

Provide real-time technical support for a SaaS digital-asset platform through Slack and other tools. Troubleshoot customer issues, manage cases, document resolutions, collaborate with senior support teams, participate in critical-incident war rooms, and identify recurring problems for process improvement. The role operates on a fixed US-Eastern schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Own client-facing technical implementation and support across SSO, file transformations, provider networks, engagement platforms, and eligibility workflows. Configure and validate systems, monitor file ingestion, investigate registration and data-quality issues, resolve standard problems, and coordinate escalations with engineering teams. Maintain implementation records, SOPs, knowledge bases, and QA checklists while partnering with Client Success, Implementation, Data Engineering, and Product to improve tooling and processes.
