Manage the end-to-end onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first 60 days. Serve as the primary contact for new hires, coordinate onboarding activities and start dates, provide technical assistance, resolve barriers, conduct structured check-ins, and identify engagement or retention risks. Analyze feedback and onboarding data, report trends, recommend process improvements, and partner with HR, recruiters, hiring managers, and leaders to improve employee integration and retention.

Execute and optimize multi-channel lifecycle acquisition and engagement campaigns across email, direct mail, and SMS using Braze. Manage segmentation, personalization, triggers, testing, campaign analytics, timelines, approvals, and cross-functional dependencies. Analyze funnel performance and identify optimization opportunities while supporting broader growth initiatives such as webinars, landing-page tests, SEO, and SEM. Build AI-assisted workflows to improve campaign execution and project management.

Manages accounting and payroll operations, including bi-weekly payroll processing, journal entries, benefit reconciliations, financial statements, budgeting, billing, deposits, accounts payable, vendor payments, insurance renewals, compliance documentation, and payroll system administration. Supervises accounts payable activities, supports monthly closings, trains managers on payroll procedures, responds to staff and agency inquiries, and helps maintain effective financial controls and confidential processes.

Coordinates accounts payable activities, including invoice review, coding, payment processing, discrepancy resolution, grant expense tracking, reconciliations, accruals, 1099 documentation, audit support, and credit card expense review. Maintains accurate financial records, identifies potential errors or fraud, supports compliance and internal controls, manages finance communications, and assists with training and departmental coverage.

Oversee the nonprofit’s daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll allocations, reconciliations, cash flow, budget monitoring, revenue, and contract billing. Supervise the Bookkeeper, coordinate with an outsourced finance firm, maintain financial controls, review transactions, analyze variances, and support department leaders with financial reporting and resource planning.
