Manage all social work services for a Suffolk County shelter program: supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance (HUD, OTDA, DSS), oversee admissions/discharges, maintain records and reports, provide crisis intervention, coordinate referrals, and manage staffing, training, and payroll procedures.

Provide executive leadership for program operations, ensuring efficient, compliant delivery of services, monitoring budgets and outcomes, managing large teams, building partnerships, supporting grant management and strategic implementation across the organization.

Lead evidence-based diplomatic outreach for the NDC Partnership by monitoring policy developments, producing strategic briefings and communications, supporting stakeholder engagement with governments, UN agencies and partners, and coordinating events and knowledge-management to amplify political traction for NDC implementation. Provide timely analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and collaborate across support unit teams.

Lead backend and generative-AI development: build agentic orchestration and durable AI workflow engines, architect scalable Python/TypeScript backend systems, own agentic coding pipelines and Spec-Driven Development, ship multiple substantial features weekly, collaborate on technical direction, review teammates' work, and ensure reliability, evaluation, and versioned prompt chains for edtech products.
