The Life Groups Administrative Assistant supports the Life Groups Ministry by providing administrative, organizational, and operational support to ensure efficient group processes and communication.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for Variety Care and NorthCare including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, ATS maintenance, hiring manager partnership, event recruitment, and onboarding support while promoting employer brand and supporting People and Culture initiatives.

Manage full-cycle recruiting, coordinate onboarding and early engagement, design and run employee engagement and recognition programs, track metrics and reporting, support internal communications, and ensure compliance with employment laws while partnering with managers and leadership to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Lead and manage the MPH program including CEPH accreditation compliance, curriculum and assessment, faculty recruitment and supervision, enrollment growth, community and practice partnerships, student engagement and support, budgeting and academic operations. Teach up to 12 credits annually and represent the program in institutional and community settings.

Support GIFFORDS' fundraising operations by managing financial tracking and revenue projections, producing regular fundraising reports, maintaining CRM and pipeline records, conducting prospect research, coordinating donor communications via ActionKit and FreeWill, and assisting leadership with institutional fundraising strategy and reporting.

The Development Manager oversees corporate partnerships and donor relationships, driving fundraising efforts and engagement strategies while collaborating with various teams.

Serve as first point of contact for students, families, staff and visitors after school. Provide front-office support including multi-line phone handling, visitor management, record confidentiality, translations, basic student care and accident reporting, and assist the ASP Director with administrative tasks while maintaining professionalism and school safety procedures.

Performs original and copy cataloging for print and nonprint materials, maintaining and updating MARC records and item data in the ILS. Assigns classification numbers and subject headings, resolves bibliographic issues, imports records from OCLC, supports database cleanup projects, and serves as the department resource on cataloging rules and procedures. Collaborates with staff, may assist with acquisitions, training, and special projects.

Lead accounting, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls for the agency. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, coordinate audits and budgets, monitor cash flow and debt covenants, supervise staff, and recommend process improvements to ensure GAAP compliance and financial health.

Provide part-time administrative support to the housing department: screen crisis calls, manage HMIS data, maintain program records and inventories, coordinate volunteers and events, process rent/fees and deposits, support intakes and participant communications, and assist with facility and program logistics.
