Build Dispatch’s internal recruiting function and scale its high-bar hiring model. Lead critical executive and hard-to-fill searches, develop proactive talent pipelines and referral programs, improve hiring-manager effectiveness, build and manage a high-performing Talent team, and strategically oversee external search partners.
