Serve as HR Business Partner managing employee relations, investigations, complaints, leaves, and labor law compliance. Support HR programs, conduct investigations, advise managers, and ensure regulatory adherence across assigned campuses in a hybrid role.

Support DevOps with Azure resources, automate tasks with PowerShell, troubleshoot cloud networking, and assist IS/helpdesk on escalations, audits, and compliance.

Drive territory sales and CRM benchmarks across open-sell retailers (Sephora, Ulta) by developing and coaching Brand Ambassadors, managing Market Leads and freelance teams, executing product launches and visual merchandising, analyzing market trends and performance, optimizing budgets and profitability, and providing regular in-store field support to elevate client experience and brand image.

Develop and maintain predictive pricing, retention, and conversion models using GLMs and advanced analytics; build monitoring tools for rating performance; support rate filings, product pricing analyses, competitor research, and cross-functional collaboration to inform pricing and enterprise risk decisions.
