Manage public and in-house training logistics from registration through completion. Responsibilities include handling participant inquiries, administering Arlo courses, processing invoices, managing participant and financial data in Salesforce and other systems, coordinating trainers and accommodations, supporting in-person training logistics, maintaining accurate records, and improving processes.
