Own and administer HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, supporting Marketing and Sales Development processes. Translate stakeholder needs into requirements, documentation, user stories, and tickets. Analyze data flows across CRM, ERP, quote-to-cash, integrations, and data platforms; identify dependencies, risks, and data-quality issues.
