Serve as the technical SME and trusted advisor for the Fastpath access governance product family, driving customer onboarding, configuration, training, and remediation. Monitor customer health, resolve high-priority access/compliance issues, run certifications and SoD analyses, document environments and controls, support audits, influence product roadmap, run executive reviews, and occasionally visit customer sites for deep-dive workshops and compliance assessments.

Review and process criminal and civil records for accuracy and completeness using InformData systems. Research and resolve discrepancies, apply client-specific guidelines, meet quality and turnaround-time KPIs, support automated processes, and report recurring issues to leadership.

Design, build, and operate internal developer platforms: Backstage-based developer portals, GitOps delivery (Argo CD/Flux), Argo Workflows automation, and production Kubernetes infrastructure. Implement testing (k6), policy enforcement (Kyverno), observability, IaC, and provide operational support and project delivery for customer environments.

Configure end-to-end SSO (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM provisioning for enterprise SaaS apps, implement group-based RBAC in Okta, deploy Okta configs via Terraform, manage provisioning lifecycles and a high-volume integration ticket queue, and author/execute CAB change tickets while guiding non-technical stakeholders through implementations.

Operate and troubleshoot Azure data platform environments (SQL Managed Instance, ADF, SSIS, Storage, App Services). Monitor and resolve incidents, validate backups, build automation and self-healing pipelines, maintain CI/CD in Azure DevOps, perform off-hours on-call duties, and continuously eliminate manual operational toil through scripting and Azure-native automation.

Own parcel system configurations and data integrity for carrier and client onboarding. Configure carrier contracts, rates, and billing logic; document SOPs; troubleshoot API and rate engine issues; support operational teams; and manage multi-phase configuration projects to ensure accurate, auditable, scalable parcel operations.

Lead FP&A analyses and forecasts to inform strategic and operational decisions. Build financial models, analyze revenues, costs, cash flow, and market trends. Advise senior leadership, manage special cross-functional projects, and develop measurement methods. Use coding (SQL/SAS) for data extraction and analysis, support budgeting, reporting, and complex accounting for internal and external reporting.

Lead sourcing and category management for pharmaceutical and other supply categories. Develop multi-year sourcing pipelines, supplier segmentation, risk-adjusted savings forecasts, negotiate with vendors, ensure compliance, and partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement sourcing programs and supplier sustainability and compliance initiatives.

Lead stakeholder discovery and data-driven analysis for claims processes. Translate findings into system requirements, value propositions, business cases, and roadmap inputs. Document processes and requirements, perform cost-benefit and ROI analysis, partner with cross-functional teams, and communicate insights to influence decisions and support implementation.

Design, optimize, and deploy deep learning models for customer behavior prediction. Perform feature engineering, implement research-informed architectures, scale training pipelines, collaborate with client teams, document findings, and uphold engineering best practices.
