Serve as primary client contact to drive adoption of Ei's software at a major petrochemical client. Lead onsite meetings, trainings, and workshops; monitor account health; troubleshoot issues with internal teams; advocate client needs to Product and Engineering; identify expansion opportunities and capture success stories. Manage logistics, safety, and administrative tasks for the New Hampshire Conservation Corps program. Supervise Project Leaders, Program Assistant, and corps members; coordinate project planning, tools, vehicles, training, and partner engagement; ensure compliance with AmeriCorps and partner requirements; maintain equipment, handle reporting, and support curriculum and member development.

Build and scale an international robotics data acquisition network: source and close high-value venues and agency partnerships, optimize inbound lead funnels, evaluate scenes and deploy multi-modal data collection hardware, and run local ground operations with vendor management, SLAs, KPI tracking, and anti-fraud verification to deliver high-fidelity embodied AI datasets.

Contact members to collect on charged-off accounts via phone, mail, and electronic communications. Process agreements, disputes, and cease-and-desist requests. Manage a portfolio of commercial customers to drive renewals, upsells, retention, and product adoption. Develop strategic account plans, act as trusted advisor and customer advocate, deliver training and case studies, and coordinate cross-functional feedback and off-boarding.
