Create, edit, and proofread technical documentation and knowledge-base content for internal and external customers. Develop documentation frameworks, templates, information architecture, and training materials. Collaborate with SMEs, prioritize content requests, manage small-to-medium projects, ensure quality control and standards compliance, and support knowledge management and IT service practices (KCS/ITIL). May mentor interns and act as team lead when required.

Lead and execute deep manual penetration tests across network, cloud, Active Directory, and AI environments. Scope, test, and report findings; advise on remediation and secure development; mentor junior testers; and help mature testing processes aligned with regulatory requirements.

Lead or co-lead intellectual property damages engagements: perform research, financial and economic modeling, analyze statements and documents, draft expert reports, manage client relationships, mentor team members, and support business development while integrating AI tools into workflows.

Lead discovery-driven product demonstrations and own technical sales engagements from qualification through close. Configure personalized demo environments, run proof-of-concepts, respond to RFPs and security questionnaires, and partner with Account Executives to translate platform capabilities into business outcomes for HR, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
