Process utility property and damage claims: verify and analyze claim data, record information in company software, communicate with clients and responsible parties via email and phone, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Manage and grow customer accounts within transportation and logistics by building relationships, overseeing pricing and bids, coordinating with internal teams to meet commitments, identifying new business, maintaining client databases, monitoring market conditions, and supporting customer service and sales activities.
