Own day-to-day RevOps across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Rebuild and govern HubSpot and GTM data models, automate pipelines and workflows, build trusted dashboards, partner with GTM leaders, evaluate and manage GTM stack and AI tooling, and drive data-driven decision making to improve pipeline, retention, and expansion.

Manage surplus lines documentation and filings, support branch offices and accounting, assist internal/external audits, complete state surplus lines tax returns, maintain policy filing systems, liaise with underwriting and brokerage, ensure compliance with procedures, and participate in training.

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for telephony, digital bots, API integrations, and core banking configurations. Triage tickets, perform limited overnight deployments, collaborate with Implementation, Engineering, and Customer Success, and contribute to internal documentation and SOPs.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for Intermedia cloud communications: handle phone queue, troubleshoot telephony and network issues, work with carriers and vendors, document and improve KB and processes, prepare incident reports, monitor systems, participate in on-call rotation and project work to ensure customer satisfaction.

Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO managing calendar, access, travel, and communications; prepare briefings and board/client decks; manage stakeholder relationships and personal logistics with discretion and proactive judgment.

The LMS Administrator will manage and organize learning content, assist users, generate reports, and support LMS migration and user onboarding.

Provide day-to-day operational support for the Insurance Solutions team: manage and track service requests in case management systems, support Wealth Management teams, document and refine SOPs, assist leadership with workflow and reporting, coordinate with other departments/vendors, and maintain excellent client and partner communications to ensure timely resolution and process adherence.
