Manage surplus lines documentation and filings, support branch offices and accounting, assist internal/external audits, complete state surplus lines tax returns, maintain policy filing systems, liaise with underwriting and brokerage, ensure compliance with procedures, and participate in training.

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for telephony, digital bots, API integrations, and core banking configurations.
