Build scalable onboarding and operational processes, manage implementations and escalations, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive cross-functional readiness and reporting to support platform deployments in regulated collections and receivables environments.

Lead and mentor a mixed team of field deployment engineers and remote support specialists; perform hands-on deployments and ticket work during onboarding; own SOPs, documentation, and cross-functional communication; act as technical escalation, improve processes, and travel up to 25% to support launches and customers.

Manage and optimize Salesforce and Pardot environments, lead Pardot administration and marketing automation, design scalable automations and integrations, enforce data governance, build reports and attribution, support users via tickets and enablement, and partner cross-functionally to drive GTM outcomes.
