Lead Mid-Market Customer Success to drive retention, renewals, and expansion. Manage and coach a team of 6-8 CSMs, improve adoption and customer health metrics, partner cross-functionally, own forecasting, and implement scalable playbooks while championing AI adoption and change management.

Lead and mentor a team building LeafLink’s eCommerce marketplace. Provide technical leadership, set architecture and delivery plans, coordinate cross-team dependencies, manage incidents, recruit talent, and balance product delivery with platform health, scalability, security, and developer productivity.
