Lead end-to-end implementations for mid-market B2B SaaS customers (≈15 concurrent projects, 4–8 weeks each). Develop and execute implementation plans, manage stakeholders, provide technical configuration guidance, drive change management, advise on best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely customer value and adoption.

Partner with branch leadership to own financial performance and commercial outcomes. Produce management information, forecasts and budgets, identify risks/opportunities, support contract pricing/variations and translate financial data into clear insight for non-financial stakeholders.

Own and administer the GRC platform (AuditBoard) and lead operational and audit issue remediation. Run risk assessments (RCSA), map risks to controls, design and validate controls, and track remediation for audit/regulatory findings. Partner with Internal Audit, Compliance, and business stakeholders to report on risk exposure, ensure data integrity, and optimize GRC workflows and governance.

Maintain accurate mortgage loan records in the MERS platform and company loan system. Reconcile reports, process transfers/deactivations, track assignments and affidavits, resolve loan-level discrepancies, coordinate with lenders and subservicers, document research and transactions, and support audits and servicing team cross-training.

Lead complex electrical distribution projects from order placement through delivery and billing. Own customer relationships, coordinate vendors and sales, expedite backorders and OS&Ds, manage schedules, documentation, pricing, and profitability, and provide guidance to junior project managers while ensuring projects meet timelines and budget.

Manage AR/AP operations including customer collections, cash application, invoicing (including EDI), vendor payments, reconciliations, and month-end close support. Maintain financial records in Odoo, respond to customer/vendor inquiries, and provide administrative support.

Prepare and coordinate consolidated U.S. federal and multi-state income tax compliance, ASC 740 tax provision, and indirect tax filings (sales/use, VAT, property). Support audits, research technical tax issues, improve tax processes, advise management, and collaborate with internal teams and external advisors.

Manage and grow assigned print and signage accounts while acquiring new customers. Provide consultative sales, prepare quotes, sustain and renew contracts, collaborate with production and sales support, monitor KPIs, and meet monthly sales targets. Use MS Office and Adobe tools, understand production processes and MIS order entry, and upsell additional products and solutions.
