Own month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, accounts payable, expenses, corporate cards, and audit readiness. Build a local small-business network, meet sales quotas, represent Justworks’ HR solutions, provide customer insights, and travel to networking events, trade shows, and client meetings within the territory.

Build production AI agents and agent-powered features from research and prototyping through deployment. Develop evaluation infrastructure with golden datasets, regression suites, and offline/online scoring. Own retrieval and context pipelines, production instrumentation, failure taxonomies, and cost and latency budgets. Partner with data science and product management on experiments and agent behavior, while establishing LLM engineering patterns, guardrails, and reusable tooling.

Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers across the technology stack; promote security culture through training, mentoring, and internal security activities; oversee security debt and explain vulnerability impacts. Build security tooling, automate security practices, develop secure coding patterns, and integrate security tools into engineering workflows.

Leads a 12-person application security practice conducting code audits, vulnerability research, and secure design reviews. Oversees technical delivery, client relationships, project staffing, utilization, profitability, recruiting, and team development. Provides hands-on technical direction across source-code security work, determines investments in tooling and methodologies, and integrates AI-assisted auditing and research into team workflows. The role also owns practice P&L and supports engineers’ conference, publication, and open-source contributions.
