Design, architect, test, and demonstrate Windchill and ThingWorx solutions for DoD customers. Run outbound SMS and email outreach, manage inbound patient conversations, maintain data hygiene and compliance, track performance and conversions, and collaborate with Growth, Ops, Marketing, and Support to optimize lifecycle flows and testing.
