Design and own a federated, multi-institution medallion lakehouse on Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric. Define federated multi-tenant architecture, Unity Catalog security, data ingestion from ERP/SIS/LMS/CRM/Workday, and platform standards. Provide hands-on architecture guidance, review designs, document decisions, and partner with governance, delivery, and engineering teams to enable production analytics at multiple institutions.

Lead event communications strategy and execution: create reusable communication plans, executive presentations, attendee journeys, and all attendee-facing content. Partner with Events, Global Communications, creative teams, and agencies to ensure brand-aligned, editorially strong messaging and reusable templates. Support onsite and post-event communications and measure engagement for continuous improvement.

Lead GTM finance owning the end-to-end P&L for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Build first-principles financial models, drive unit economics and ARR forecasting, deliver exec/board reporting, partner on capacity/pricing, champion AI-enabled finance workflows, and hire and develop the GTM finance team as the company scales.

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of AI and agentic solutions on the ServiceNow platform (Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence).
