The Sales Development Representative at TaxGPT will generate leads, qualify inbound leads, manage CRM, and partner with Account Executives to drive revenue.

Lead and build a data science organization to create a prediction engine for vendor matching, order routing, and supply chain optimization. Anchor projects to P&L, design measurement and experiment frameworks, ship rapid wins, hire and coach data scientists, work hands-on in modeling and technical design, partner with product and engineering (Snowflake), and evolve systems toward agentic AI while reporting impact in dollar terms.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and observability for scalable systems. Monitor, troubleshoot, patch, and automate operations using IaC, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and AI-driven automation. Manage backups, disaster recovery, log pipelines, databases, and message streaming. Collaborate with engineering, security, and business teams to improve reliability, incident response, and infrastructure lifecycle (including Terraform state cleanup and decommissioning).

Lead global marketing forecasting, performance reporting, and scenario planning across acquisition channels. Partner with FP&A, Product, Data, and marketing teams to inform $40M+ media allocation, deliver executive narratives, identify risks/opportunities, and support attribution and board-level decision-making.

Lead technical pre-sale efforts and end-to-end implementations: design tailored POCs, translate complex data into solutions, define technical requirements, manage onboarding and stabilization, coordinate across Customer Success/Product/Engineering, and validate delivered outcomes to accelerate deal closure and drive customer value.

Lead and scale Revenue Operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and IT. Build processes, CRM governance, forecasting, KPIs, dashboards, automation and AI-enabled workflows. Drive pipeline governance, territory and capacity planning, system integrations, executive reporting, and cross-functional initiatives to improve revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, retention, and operational scalability.

Contribute to architecture, write reusable/testable code, optimize performance, implement automated tests, troubleshoot across devices, and support CI/CD and releases while collaborating with backend and platform teams.

Lead Apothekary's creative direction across brand, advertising, packaging, digital and retail. Drive concept-to-execution for campaigns, own photo/video production, manage and mentor internal and external creative teams, track performance and budgets, and collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to deliver strategy-led creative that scales the brand.
