Develop strategic success plans, run QBRs, monitor customer health, coordinate cross-functional support, and own renewal and growth outcomes through measured business value.

Lead advisor transitions to LPL by consulting on business structure, creating transition strategies, providing technology and repapering training, handling account setup and funding tracking, and acting as the advisor's primary point of contact to resolve issues and drive adoption of LPL tools.
