Manage the Implementation Manager, improve launch methodology and KPIs, standardize processes and HubSpot data quality, and create executive reporting and programmatic engagement to reduce churn and increase adoption.

Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and SIOP process, align demand, supply, capacity, and financial plans, improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory and working capital, drive APS and analytics transformation, partner with procurement and manufacturing, establish KPIs, and develop high-performing planning teams.

Operate as the GM of Games' right hand: run division operating rhythm, manage GM calendar and meetings, aggregate cross-functional status and risks, track decisions and actions, produce executive briefing materials, and lead division-wide operating projects and process improvements.

Maintain accounting integrity across GL accounts, inventory, taxes, intercompany, fixed assets, and cash management.
