Lead and build Ostium's accounting function: own monthly/quarterly consolidated close, reconcile onchain activity to US GAAP financials, value NAV and positions, manage crypto treasury and wallets, build reconciliation and control infrastructure, drive audit readiness and tax coordination, and run corporate accounting (AP, payroll, equity/token accounting).
