Oversee digital marketing and website projects from client kickoff through launch and post-launch optimization. Coordinate designers, developers, SEO specialists, content writers, QA teams, sales, account management, and clients. Drive post-activation adoption, create rapid working prototypes, establish design systems and research practices, and influence roadmap decisions as a strategic leadership partner. The role requires senior ownership of complex, multi-surface products, strong UI, UX, and research skills, and the ability to operate as the company’s primary design function while partnering closely with product engineers.

Own and execute the data product roadmap for FastSpring sellers, including analytics, data warehouse initiatives, and actionable insights. Partner with data engineering and agile teams to define, prioritize, deliver, and measure product features. Conduct customer and market research, validate opportunities, develop business cases, synthesize feedback, and drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
