Quota-carrying expansion Customer Success Manager responsible for driving upsell and cross-sell within an existing book of business. Own the post-sale journey from onboarding through adoption, renewals, and expansion. Build and manage an expansion pipeline, forecast accurately, drive adoption and value, and hit $50K/month expansion targets while partnering with product and support.

Perform project-based migrations moving creators onto Kit: import CSVs, rebuild forms/landing pages, recreate automations, plan deliverability and warm-up, communicate with creators, manage multiple concurrent migration projects, and follow migration SOPs.

Support Awards Management by reviewing and interpreting award terms, ensuring compliance with donor and funder regulations, drafting subagreement templates, advising on risk mitigation, supporting negotiations, preparing award briefs, delivering training, and developing guidance to standardize award management across the organization.

Provide high-volume customer service to ensure customers' resale certificates comply with state requirements. Process renewals, update customer records, route incoming communications, meet monthly renewal deadlines, and collaborate with sales and credit teams. Maintain accurate customer systems and assist with resale forms and audits.

Perform HMMS data entry and retrieval for Safety Data Sheets (SDS), process SDS requests, communicate with customers, verify and reconcile data, audit chemical and company information, assist system admin/DBA, maintain DLA FLIS access, follow OSHA Hazard Communication and SOPs, and participate in demonstrations and meetings.
