Own and expand a focused portfolio of Fortune 500 and highly regulated enterprise accounts. Build executive relationships with CISOs, application security and platform engineering leaders, navigate complex buying committees, displace incumbent vendors, and execute multi-year account expansion strategies. The role requires disciplined pipeline and forecast management, strategic account planning, competitive enterprise software or security sales experience, and autonomous execution across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Manages divisional operations with full P&L responsibility, overseeing staffing, performance, client relationships, safety, quality, contracts, workforce utilization, equipment resources, and compliance. Responsibilities include account planning, forecasting, budget management, negotiations, competitive analysis, customer and dealer coordination, shipment and quality issue resolution, and leadership of sales activities. The role requires frequent customer contact, regional travel, and collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, customer service, and executive management.

Manage and coach team leaders to meet client SLAs and financial targets. Oversee staffing, performance management, reporting, client relationships, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Training, Quality, WFM and Talent Acquisition.

Build and maintain AWS infrastructure, Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Docker environments, and internal developer tooling. Improve build, test, deployment, observability, documentation, and self-service workflows while monitoring infrastructure health. Integrate security practices such as secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and least-privilege access. Support CMMC Level 2 and Army compliance requirements, report pipeline performance, and partner with engineering teams to resolve workflow issues.

Serve as a technical and strategic advisor to enterprise lending clients. Design scalable solutions involving APIs, SaaS integrations, and multiple LoanPro products; create architecture documentation and Statements of Work; support customer success, sales, upsells, and professional services. Lead executive and technical discussions, identify process improvements and revenue opportunities, mentor internal teams, and guide product and implementation strategy.

Provides legal advice to clients on estate planning, asset protection, and business planning. Drafts and reviews legal documents, answers online legal questions, manages client relationships, collaborates with paralegals, mentors team members, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.

Embed with client teams to map business processes and transform them into production-grade agentic AI workflows. Build LLM agents, integrations, retrieval systems, evaluations, guardrails, observability, and human-in-the-loop processes using Python and agent frameworks. Facilitate stakeholder sessions, explain technical tradeoffs, document solutions, and hand off maintainable workflows. Bring reusable engineering patterns back to the consultancy.

Leads the contact center quality assurance program, including scorecards, sampling, calibration, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement. Manages and develops QA professionals, analyzes customer interaction trends, and translates findings into coaching, training, process, technology, and policy improvements. Partners cross-functionally with operations, sales, service, training, HR, technology, and data teams to improve customer experience, compliance, service delivery, and business performance.
