Lead and grow a product team to define and execute product vision and roadmap for a healthtech SaaS suite. Write production Python code, implement IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), deploy containerized workloads, design observability and CI/CD, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency.

Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, variance analysis, and reconciliations. Maintain accounting integrity across GL accounts, inventory, taxes, intercompany, fixed assets, and cash management. Prepare audit support, document policies and processes, and support onboarding and training within the finance team.

Drive renewals and subscription growth within the installed base through outbound calls and emails to customers and channel partners. Use installed-base data and reporting to identify expansion opportunities, liaise between customers, partners, and regional sales teams, document initiatives, and support lifecycle management and revenue growth.
