Full-time, 3-month contract outbound sales role focused on generating leads for Remote Health USA. Responsibilities include high-volume cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach, qualifying and educating HR leads, handing off opportunities to Account Executives, collaborating on scripts, and maintaining accurate CRM data.

Own and execute subscriber retention programs end-to-end to reduce churn and improve LTV. Design save, cancellation, and win-back flows; partner with Marketing, Product, and Analytics; lead a retention analyst; measure program ROI and churn impact; and continuously iterate using retention best practices.

Drive revenue by bridging sales and marketing: develop sales collateral, playbooks, training, and regional GTM campaigns; support field events and sales coaching; define activation strategy, KPIs, and analytics; measure enablement ROI and iterate with product marketing and sales leadership.

Lead territory sales for annuity products to bank and broker-dealer advisors, build and manage advisor relationships, execute long-range sales plans, prospect and expand producer base, deliver product education, forecast territory performance, and travel extensively to meet sales goals.

Lead a portfolio of 50-75 mid-market Texas school districts to drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Manage onboarding, run multi-stakeholder discovery, execute churn mitigation playbooks, deliver training and scalable materials, and mentor junior CSMs while meeting revenue and churn KPIs.

Lead and optimize multi-channel paid acquisition programs (Google/Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, YouTube, programmatic) to drive MQLs, SQLs, pipeline and revenue. Own campaign setup, budgets, bidding, audience segmentation and retargeting. Build dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce), ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution, run A/B tests, and collaborate cross-functionally with demand gen, product marketing, creative, analytics, RevOps and sales.

Execute day-to-day social media operations: schedule and QC posts across major platforms, manage community interactions and escalation, resize and repost assets, pull monthly analytics and populate report templates, maintain content calendars and asset libraries, run competitor scans, and support onboarding and process improvements.

Lead end-to-end implementations of EarnIn Payroll for payroll bureau clients: configure systems, manage data migration, train users, own project plans and communications, resolve issues with Product/Engineering, provide post-go-live support, and maintain detailed implementation documentation.

Lead finance transformation strategy and roadmap, oversee systems analysts and configuration of Yardi and BlackLine, drive transformation initiatives, manage change and KPIs, and ensure efficient monthly close processes while building a high-performing team.

Lead and operationalize the end-to-end revenue engine, improving funnel performance, forecasting, KPIs, and execution. Build and coach commercial leaders, develop scalable processes, dashboards, and playbooks, remove operational bottlenecks, and partner cross-functionally to drive revenue growth and organizational accountability.
