The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth through direct interactions with potential customers, meeting monthly sales goals, and providing customer service in residential areas.

The HR Generalist will provide customer service, assist with HR policies, manage HRIS data, prepare reports, and support employee relations and compliance.

Support state and local tax (SALT) engagements including corporate income, sales and use, indirect, and multistate tax compliance and advisory. Support and train B2B clients and leasing teams through in-person and virtual presentations, manage partner accounts and CRM records, monitor referral pipelines, meet monthly KPIs/quota, collect product feedback, hold site visits and local events, and occasionally travel to headquarters.

Manage PLM/PIM systems and data (Centric, Pimberly), own product compliance (labeling, PFAS, CPSIA, CAFTA), execute EU Digital Product Passport requirements, run sustainability programs (certifications, RDS, Scope 3.1 data), and coordinate regulatory reporting and cross-functional stakeholders.

Provide administrative and sales support including order entry, receiving and shipping, alterations coordination, garment prepping/steaming, deliveries and pickups, phone/email handling, bank deposits and errands. Support sales professionals and store leaders in a part-time, onsite role requiring organization, multitasking, computer and social media skills, and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Act as primary client contact for commercial lines accounts; manage new and renewal placements, gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, maintain carrier relationships, process policy changes/endorsements/certificates, ensure renewals and retention, and keep accurate records in the agency management system while collaborating with producers and senior staff.

The Agency Recruiter operates their own full desk, managing client relationships, sourcing candidates, and collaborating with peers to achieve recruitment goals in a commission-based environment.

Drive consultative sales of Arctiq products, professional and managed services by building client relationships, qualifying opportunities, creating proposals/RFP responses, managing deals, and meeting gross profit and quota targets.
