The role also mentors junior team members and optimizes automated communication programs using customer and behavioral data.

Assess coding, clinical documentation improvement, and healthcare workflows; configure, test, validate, and troubleshoot application environments; resolve and document issues; train administrators and end users; support testing and go-live activities; and maintain implementation documentation and educational materials.
