Develop and define Retool’s brand voice across websites, campaigns, content, events, and in-product experiences. Own the strategy, acquisition, and management of industry and professional association partnerships. Build repeatable programs, negotiate agreements, coordinate marketing and advisory teams, develop educational content, enable internal teams, and convert member engagement into qualified pipeline and closed revenue. Success is measured by associations signed, program development, sourced pipeline, and attributable revenue.

Drive full-cycle enterprise sales for Observe by Snowflake, including prospecting, discovery, demos, presentations, pipeline development, account expansion, territory planning, and quota achievement. Advise customers on observability, infrastructure, data, and modern data-stack strategies while collaborating with sales engineering, product, services, marketing, legal, and finance teams.

Own end-to-end data platform architecture across ingestion, lakehouse, warehouse, transformation, modeling, governance, and analytics delivery. Build pipelines, Spark and SQL transformations, data models, and production code. Design Databricks or Microsoft Fabric lakehouses, implement Delta Lake and medallion architecture, establish access controls and governance, and integrate databases, SaaS applications, APIs, files, and legacy systems. Evaluate platform choices based on client workloads, licensing, skills, and cost.

Provide network engineering and support for datacenter and enterprise environments, including network design, architecture, virtualization, LAN/MAN/CAN infrastructure, packet capture, routing/switching, stateful firewalls, L3/L4 access controls, Cisco device installation/configuration, and ticketing system operations.

Responsible for substation physical design, project planning, client relations, and staff development. Requires strong technical and project management skills.

Provide paralegal support for fund and corporate legal work: draft and maintain fund documents, manage entity records and KYC, triage vendor contracts and NDAs, assist subpoena responses, handle document execution and invoices, maintain templates and reports, and help explore/implement AI tools to automate routine tasks.

Qualify inbound inquiries and perform outbound prospecting to generate pipeline. Conduct initial qualification calls, schedule discovery/demo meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, convey LMS value, improve processes, and use AI tools to increase efficiency.
