Provide email, chat, and phone support to users of Canopy’s SaaS accounting software. Resolve and troubleshoot customer issues, explain software features, advocate for customer needs, coordinate technical and account escalations, identify proactive solutions, communicate new resources, and improve support processes. The role collaborates with Supply Chain stakeholders, troubleshoots master data issues, supports continuous improvement and cleansing initiatives, and performs analysis for metrics, duplicate reviews, and ad hoc requests.

Processes vehicle titles according to state regulations and company policies. Reviews ownership documents, researches missing or incorrect paperwork, resolves title issues, updates customers, maintains accurate records and filing systems, and communicates with customers, sellers, and DMV representatives. The role requires strong customer service, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, timely deadline management, and independent work. Occasional overtime may be required.

Reviews and approves marketing materials for regulatory compliance across Brex’s financial products. Manages high-volume review workflows, validates claims and disclosures, provides practical guidance to Marketing, Product, and Legal, maintains audit-ready records, escalates risks, and improves compliance policies, training, and processes. Supports partner bank expectations, audits, and regulatory inquiries while developing scalable solutions for recurring compliance issues.
