Lead technical execution of productions from concept through commissioning: assess feasibility, manage design and fabrication, oversee installation, programming, testing, rehearsals, and handover while ensuring safety, budget, schedule, and creative vision alignment.

Operate and manage print production and mailroom functions including printing, finishing, laminating, binding, shrink-wrapping, scanning, shipping/receiving, and mail distribution. Provide customer-facing support, create work orders, maintain inventory and records, support conference room/A-V setup, and ensure SLA compliance and operational reporting.

Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at an on-site resort sales center to generate timeshare/travel membership sales. Build rapport with prospective and current owners, follow company compliance and performance standards, attend training, and meet weekly/monthly production goals. Participate in a 3-6 month training program supporting Plan Advisors, handle inbound/outbound calls and digital inquiries, qualify and convert leads, educate customers on home plans and customization, assist throughout the buying journey, prepare cost-to-build reports, maintain Salesforce records, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Fulfillment while receiving ongoing coaching.
