About Us
Rho is the modern banking platform built for startups. Open accounts in minutes, issue cards, manage expenses, pay bills, and close the books – all in one connected platform backed by real human support.
About the RoleAt Rho, we believe that who we hire - and how we take care of them once they're here - is central to what we can accomplish. As our People Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to local people managers and a steady, familiar presence for employees across the business - the person people know to bring things to, and the person managers lean on as questions and challenges come up.
This role blends local partnership with broader program ownership. Day to day, you'll be the face of the People function for managers and employees in our Salt Lake City office. Beyond that, you'll take the lead on cross-functional and cross-geography projects - owning them end to end, from design through rollout - and collaborate with People Partners and stakeholders across our other offices to make sure our programs work well for everyone, not just one location.
You'll work closely with our Lead People Business Partner and the broader People team, and you'll be the face of the People function for managers and employees in our Salt Lake City office. Above all, you'll be able to speak to our mission as a People team and embed that into everything you touch - this role is as much about how we show up for people as it is about what gets done.
