Provide advisory services to assess and improve ManageEngine Endpoint Central for a macOS fleet: recommend packaging and deployment best practices (PKG/DMG), patch/update scheduling, repository/version control, integration with MDM/ITSM/security tools, troubleshoot complex deployment issues, improve documentation, and coach internal IT staff during periodic strategy check-ins.

Own release quality through manual and automated testing of complex 3D and geospatial features. Maintain test suites in a TypeScript/Playwright framework, verify fixes, run regressions, approve builds, and use AI tools to accelerate test creation and bug investigation. Collaborate with engineers and test across multiple platforms and devices.
