Manage and execute social media campaigns for a major entertainment/technology brand: create/post content, run community management, build content calendars, write creative copy, and collaborate on brainstorms and client communications. Must meet campaign timelines and adapt voice per project.

Handle complex commercial General Liability and casualty claims end-to-end: investigate, analyze coverage, manage litigation, set reserves, attend mediations/trials, communicate with stakeholders, refer fraud/subrogation, and provide guidance to adjusters while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead and participate in large-scale process improvement initiatives for provider onboarding and experience. Identify opportunities, analyze root causes, develop and implement solutions, track KPIs, resolve systemwide issues, coordinate cross-divisional stakeholders, provide training, and maintain subject-matter knowledge to support process and system improvements.

Own end-to-end voice platform migration and scaling: LiveKit migration, real-time turn-taking, VAD, SIP/WebRTC, multi-agent handoff, training/fine-tuning voice models, inference cost optimization, and retrieval-based grounding using Supabase/pgvector.

Lead and optimize paid mobile UA channels (Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok) to scale spend to $500k+/month profitably. Own strategy, budgets, bidding, creative testing, measurement (Singular, BigQuery, SKAN/AAK), geo/channel expansion, partner management, and reporting to the CEO. Collaborate with data and creative teams to refine LTV models and unit economics and run structured tests to drive scalable growth.

Lead a lean, full-stack B2B SaaS marketing team reporting to the CEO. Set strategy, operating model, and budgets tied to pipeline. Build ABM and multi-channel demand programs, sharpen sales enablement and messaging, partner with Product on launches, manage PR/analyst relations, and implement AI-driven automation to scale execution. Stay hands-on in campaigns, funnel analysis, and customer-facing activities to drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Lead and scale paid mobile acquisition across ASA, Google, Meta, DSPs and other channels. Build measurement systems connecting spend to subscription revenue and LTV, run repeatable testing frameworks, drive creative strategy, use AI to speed reporting and optimization, and establish operating rhythms for budgeting, experiments, and performance forecasting.
