Coordinates sales enablement and go-to-market readiness for outdoor performance brands. Maintains calendars, timelines, checklists, sales materials, pricing, promotions, account agreements, and shared resources. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Brand, and leadership teams to support asset delivery, customer setup, product information requests, sample orders, accountability, and process improvements. The temporary coordinator manages multiple priorities while ensuring accurate communication and successful sales initiative launches.

Supports the Walmart account through sales analysis, forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, reporting, and order analysis. The role analyzes sales, POS, inventory, and performance data; maintains forecasts and replenishment parameters; monitors in-stock levels, shipment performance, and key metrics; prepares business recaps; and coordinates with Walmart and internal Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, and eCommerce teams.

Supports sales executives and existing accounts through order entry, order accuracy, inventory tracking, projections, reporting, and product assortment management. Coordinates with EDI, warehouse, merchandising, marketing, and other departments to resolve shortages and oversold inventory. Maintains NuOrder product content, images, copy, and data feeds from Exenta, while analyzing site and sales data to recommend improvements that increase engagement and client success.

Supports the sales team through administrative and clerical activities, including research, data entry, customer setup and maintenance, reporting, phone and email communication, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. The role focuses on answering customer questions, resolving concerns, maintaining relationships, and supporting customer satisfaction. Strong communication, adaptability, attention to detail, problem-solving, and self-motivation are required.

Support Account Executives with client management and sales operations: maintain order tracking, prepare meeting materials and product samples, execute daily sales tasks, update clients on order status, coordinate with e‑commerce and internal teams, assist in sales analysis, and perform related duties to drive product to market.

Support sales through accurate order entry, SKU/UPC management, EDI data handling, and account reporting. Provide high-touch customer service during peak seasons, resolve order issues, pursue upsell and reorders, liaise with warehouse and finance, and assist Account Managers with operational tasks and targeted reporting.

Support sales team managing retail accounts: prepare product samples, pricing, and presentations; coordinate item setup and UPC creation; track weekly sales reports; manage samples shipping and organization; join meetings and follow up on action items to drive retail and e-commerce growth.

Support TEAMS sales reps with quoting, invoicing, contract entry, CRM cleanup, catalog and pricing maintenance. Produce sales ops reporting, fix CRM/data issues using SQL/Looker, coordinate cross-functionally, and document scalable processes to increase sales efficiency.

Lead wholesale sales planning and analytics: build revenue models and forecasts, track channel/rep/customer performance, develop BI reporting and dashboards, analyze sell-through and inventory trends, identify risks/opportunities, present results to leadership, and drive cross-functional projects.

Lead and coordinate sales operations to deliver product to market, optimize inventory and order flow, maintain system integrity (SAP, EDI, B2B), produce sales and inventory reporting, manage incentive programs and account setups, and drive sales process improvements across cross-functional partners.
