Serve as strategic partner to Outside Sales Representatives for Mid-South accounts, driving growth via phone, email, and digital engagement. Build cross-functional customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities using data insights, manage CRM and reporting, coordinate pricing and program execution, and deliver timely product, inventory, and shipping information to clients.

Lead sales forecasting, reporting, and open order management; develop automated dashboards and KPIs; partner cross-functionally (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics) to improve forecast accuracy, inventory and invoicing visibility, and drive process improvements and ad hoc business analytics.

Support ad sales team with administrative tasks: phone coverage, filing, expenses, calendar management, RFPs, insertion orders, client communication, competitive reports, and participation in client meetings and sales sessions. Learn integrated ad sales and use Microsoft and internal sales tools.
