Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Cyolo’s secure access and connectivity solutions across industrial and enterprise environments. Responsibilities include territory planning, outbound prospecting, partner development, technical discovery, solution alignment, negotiation, forecasting, and closing complex $20K–$1M+ opportunities. The role engages security, networking, infrastructure, OT, procurement, and executive stakeholders, while collaborating with internal teams and channel partners to acquire, expand, and retain customers.

Leads the data engineering organization and enterprise Databricks Lakehouse on AWS. Owns team development, platform strategy, delivery, reliability, governance, budget, vendors, architecture standards, and regulatory compliance. Partners with executives on data transformation, MDM, ERP migration, analytics, and AI enablement. Requires extensive data engineering leadership, Databricks and AWS expertise, regulated-environment experience, and proven budget and vendor management.

Leads AI and data product management engagements across client portfolios, owning delivery quality, scope, financial performance, roadmaps, and adoption KPIs. Administer and support enterprise Linux, Windows, VMware, and OpenShift Virtualization environments. Perform monitoring, patching, security hardening, access administration, troubleshooting, automation, documentation, and virtual machine migrations. Use Ansible and scripting languages to streamline system administration while supporting compliance requirements such as STIGs, CIS benchmarks, SCAP, and DISA standards. Collaborate with engineering teams and support scheduled evening or weekend migration cutovers.

Coordinates healthcare hospital-opening and enterprise projects from initiation through operational launch. Develops schedules, budgets, readiness plans, and status reports; manages cross-functional stakeholders, resources, risks, contracts, supplies, construction punch lists, and regulatory readiness. Partners with leadership, health-system stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget objectives. Requires approximately 25% travel, including on-site support during hospital move-in, turnover, audits, and opening activities.

Lead major incident bridges, coordinate technical teams, maintain operational documentation, support service readiness, and improve monitoring and ticketing workflows. Manage a portfolio of mid-market SaaS client accounts, driving retention, renewals, expansion, satisfaction, and advocacy. Develop account growth and retention plans, assess client health, provide consultative guidance, conduct business reviews, configure and demonstrate platform functionality, train users, and support solution adoption. Maintain CRM data, collaborate cross-functionally, identify upsell opportunities, and serve as the client voice internally.

Own frontend architecture for React and TypeScript applications supporting complex research and analytics workflows.
