Work across model compression, runtime performance (C/C++/Rust), RTOS/bare-metal and embedded Linux environments, vendor NPUs/DSPs and inference runtimes, benchmarking, deployment pipelines, OTA updates, and partner with silicon vendors to enable real-time, low-power on-device voice experiences.

Provide high-touch executive support to the CMO: manage and optimize calendar, run marketing leadership cadence, design Human+AI workflows to automate admin, coordinate cross-functional programs, handle complex travel and same-day expenses, protect confidential information, and proactively remove operational friction to keep leadership focused on strategic work.

Serve as first contact for customers via phone, email, chat; troubleshoot and resolve software installation, configuration, integrations, licensing, and connectivity issues; manage cases to SLA, document solutions, escalate complex issues, contribute to knowledge base, and leverage AI tools to accelerate and automate support tasks.

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers by identifying expansion opportunities, selling new modules and users, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining account plans and forecasts, engaging executives, and closing multi-stakeholder deals with 10-20% travel.

Own full sales cycle, build pipeline with outbound outreach, engage executive stakeholders, lead RFP/RFI responses, collaborate with Solutions/Product/Marketing, deliver technical discovery and demos with Solutions Engineers, negotiate enterprise contracts, and run territory strategy within a POD structure to drive adoption, expansion, and renewal.

Own full sales cycle for SMB/Mid-Market accounts, build pipeline via outbound prospecting, engage executive stakeholders, lead technical discovery with Solutions Engineers, respond to RFPs/RFIs, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive revenue while shaping product solutions.

Lead global content strategy and manage the content calendar across blogs, case studies, whitepapers, email, social, and web. Create and optimize SEO-driven content, coordinate promotions, measure performance, and iterate. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Sales Enablement, and regional teams to align product positioning and thought leadership. Conduct market/competitor research and support client-facing materials and training.
