Build and maintain patient and provider portals and backend services for a digital engagement platform. Write production Python code, implement IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), deploy containerized workloads, design observability and CI/CD, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency.

Design, implement, and optimize AWS cloud solutions; build and maintain CI/CD pipelines; implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation); support application modernization and refactoring for cloud; troubleshoot for cost, reliability, and scalability; partner with clients and cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues while integrating AI tools into workflows.

Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, variance analysis, and reconciliations. Maintain accounting integrity across GL accounts, inventory, taxes, intercompany, fixed assets, and cash management. Prepare audit support, document policies and processes, and support onboarding and training within the finance team.

Serve as subject-matter expert for leaves of absence (FMLA, ADAAA, state/local, USERRA, STD/LTD, WC), manage end-to-end leave and return-to-work processes, coordinate with third-party administrators and internal partners, handle escalations, maintain documentation and reporting, and improve leave-related processes and automation.

Drive renewals and subscription growth within the installed base through outbound calls and emails to customers and channel partners. Use installed-base data and reporting to identify expansion opportunities, liaise between customers, partners, and regional sales teams, document initiatives, and support lifecycle management and revenue growth.

Partner with business leaders to discover, prioritize, and design AI and automation solutions. Elicit and document functional, non-functional, and data requirements; create user stories and acceptance criteria; oversee implementation, UAT, and adoption; ensure governance, responsible AI practices, and measurable value realization while optimizing processes and driving change management.
